We, at Andisheh Feizi, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you decide your purchase is not right for you, we are happy to offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.

To be eligible, products must have their original tags attached, have no signs of wear, and original product packaging must be intact. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. If it has been more than 7 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a credit.

All engraved or embossed, custom and personalized products (any piece listed as final sale within product information section as well as initial jewelry, engraved or monogrammed items) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

Please note that all initial shipping costs as well as return will be the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping labels are not provided by Andisheh Feizi. Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted, unless we have sent an item in error. Orders outside of the US or Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. Customer is responsible for paying these fees and we’re sorry we can't waive them.

Please email us with the item you want to return, and someone from our customer service team will be happy to provide you with return instructions. Carefully pack your piece(s) with original tags in original condition and please include a copy of your original Pack Slip and Return Form.

From the day your return parcel is delivered to us in good condition, your store credit will be processed within 48 hours. All store credits exclude shipping fees.
