ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification request or need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

Past 24 hours, if your made-to-order item is in production, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit. Due to the variations in size, all rings ordered are considered special orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an exchange is requested or if you request to cancel or modify a ring that is still in production.

Please note that most of our products are made to order and their lead time vary between 3 to 8 weeks. Once an item ships, it should arrive in 3-10 business days within Canada, and 7-10 business days internationally. If you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email.

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard. In addition to our regular checkout, we offer express checkouts with Google Pay or PayPal. 

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece. Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in Canada which require our business to collect and remit. Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, and taxes which are not included in the total cost of your order and are not covered by Andisheh Feizi. Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address.
